   • Data from Google Sign-In: if you choose to log in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID from Google to create or link your Pravelia account. We do not receive or store your Google account password.
   • Transaction data: your eSIM purchase history, transaction numbers, payment status, and payment method processed through our payment gateway partner (Midtrans).
   • eSIM usage data: ICCID, activation status, and data usage information needed to provide the eSIM service.
   • Technical data: IP address, device type, and cookies for security purposes and to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

   • Creating and managing your account, including authentication through Google Sign-In.
   • Processing eSIM purchases, activations, and top-ups.
   • Sending emails about eSIM activation, transaction confirmations, and other important notices.
   • Providing customer support through WhatsApp or other official channels.
   • Improving security, preventing fraud, and analyzing service performance.

3. Use of Google Data

   Pravelia's access to and use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google profile data (name, email, account ID) is only used to create or link your account and for your authentication at Pravelia, and is not used for any purpose other than providing the Pravelia service.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

   We may share your information with:

   • Midtrans, as the payment gateway provider that processes your payments.
   • The eSIM provider (supplier), to create and activate your eSIM profile.
   • Google, only for authentication (Google Sign-In).
   • Authorities, where required by applicable law.

   We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Storage & Security

   Your data is stored on secure servers and protected with reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse. We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to meet legal and tax obligations and to resolve disputes.

   • Access and update your personal data through the account page.
   • Request the deletion of your account and personal data.
   • Revoke Google Sign-In access at any time through your Google account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
   • Ask us questions or raise privacy complaints.
